It's the diamond cutting saw by rubbing the stone or steel with diamond. And lubricating and cooling by water with small water pipe.
Because it will be frictional heating during working process. The temperature should be controlled, or the diamond will be deformation.
So it is essential to do cooling when working. It can extend the using life of diamond chain.
